"Leading The Way In Horse Trailer Safety"

One Year Road Side Assistance Trailer/Motor Plan — to provide you cross-the-country 24 hour emergency road services for both your trailer and tow vehicle. This complete road service plan is offered in association with US Rider.

3 horse trailer features"Easy to lift" Ramp Behind Two Full Height Rear Doors — In the rear of your trailer, your horses are protected by two full height galvaneeled (non-rust) doors. The inside of the steel doors are rubberlined to absorb and withstand full back kicks without flying open or hurting your horse.

Two large 20x24 screened windows up high in rear doors allow air flow in but keeps insects, and unwanted flying objects out. A 6'8" wide, 48" tall, low angle (prevents slipping) easy-to-lift ramp closes behind the rear doors to prevent horses slipping underneath the rear of the trailer when backing out. A two point outside lockable latch allows you to open each rear door individually without having a center post between the horses, and allows you to let one horse out with the other door fully closed.

Side Unload Ramp — is 4' wide, spring loaded, and easy to lift. It is located directly in front of the forward diagonal stall for easy unloading of the third horse, and/or the rear horses if needed. The ramp also makes it extremely easy to load equipment/hay into the front stall area if you convert it to a tack area (remove diagonal divider/add box stall doors). The door above the ramp has a 20"x24" opening screened window for ventilation, and ties back against the side of the trailer for unloading.

7'8" Interior Height, 6'8" Interior Width, 10'+ Stalls — provides plenty of non-claustrophobic stall space for large horses (up to 18+ hands) in the rear 2 stalls, and up to 17 hands in the front horse area.

Dexter Nev'R'Lube Rubber Torsion Axles — unlike "spring and shackle" axles, the independent torsion suspension not only gives your horse a smoother ride, it allows you to travel level and stable for some distance on three wheels - a true safety feature if you have a flat on a busy road. Never having to lube your wheel bearings, eliminates worry about having enough grease in your wheel bearings, or having to have your bearings greased every spring.

Triple Wall Construction — the galvaneeled steel (non rusting) inner wall provides a tough inner cage around your horses, such as you have in your tow vehicle. Between the inner wall and outer aluminum skin is one-inch Styrofoam insulation for a climate-controlled quiet ride. The walls are also treated with a two-part epoxy light gray paint which has been researched as being more soothing than stark white.

Molded One Piece Fiberglass Roof — is unique to other fiberglass roofs in that it has a tough tubular steel roof bracing molded right into the fiberglass. Leaks are eliminated by doing away with overlapping of roof sections, and by eliminating rivets/screws to fasten roof to tubular steel. The extra foam core, one piece seamless, fiberglass roof with the series of roll bar tubular steel molded right in, makes it one of the best and safer roofs on the market.

Fiberglass Fenders — are lightweight and easy to repair at most body shops if you happen to have a minor impact. Since they are attached with bolts and are not a part of the trailer body, the fenders can also be easily and quickly replaced without having to do major body work. They can be shipped painted and ready to install.

Heavier Duty Goodyear Radial Tires — for that little higher rating without a stiffer ride.

Quick Release Fully Padded Butt/Breast Bars — are designed with a safety guard feature that prevents your horses from pushing back through the bars before they are pinned. The pins are also designed to beraccessible and fairly easy to release under a horses full weight, if a horse becomes straddled over the bar. The butt bar is also placed to give horses room for their tails.

Swinging Center Divider — fully padded, and made of tough, durable galvaneeled /powder coated steel, it provides a good, non-breakable barrier to separate your horses. The shoulder portion of the divider is designed to eliminate a horse's head from getting stuck behind the front center post if he decides to turn his head and look back. With no rear center post, this divider quickly swings left or right to allow more space for horses to enter, or can be fastened over to the side to give more room if you're only carrying one horse.

Swinging Head Divider — easily removable, the head divider also swings to allow you passage from one side of the trailer to the other. Made of durable galvaneeled/powder coated steel, it keeps the horses from seeing each other's food and nipping at each other.

Removable Interior Dividers and Posts — all dividers are uniquely hinged with removable pins so you can quickly disassemble the interior of the stall area. This allows you to quickly get to, and remove a downed or sick horse. The removable dividers gives you one large stall for hauling mares and foals (with a full width butt bar), or hauling the kid (and all their stuff) off to college.

Lifetime Warranty Pressure Treated #1 Grade Pine Floor — not only stays cooler, but the 16"-on-center cross-member steel bracing (like putting joists closer together under a house floor) gives it that added extra safety factor of strength.

Rubberlined Floors — the 5/8 inch mats completely cover the wood floor for the comfort of your horse and to keep the urine and manure on the mats instead of the floor. They are easy to remove and clean, and they reduce stress to your horse's legs by absorbing shock.

Steel Center Divider, Front and Rear Posts, Butt and Breast Bars — to withstand and help protect horses, not only from major accidents, but especially from minor accidents where aluminum (1/3 strength of steel) might fail. Whereas aluminum tears and sheers which can easily lacerate horses, galvaneeled steel is stronger, and only bends when stressed beyond its capacity.

Twelve Large Safety — Glass Screened Windows - are placed throughout the 3 horse trailer for ultimate ventilation. Unlike Plexiglas, they won't flex or expand which insures that they will continue to slide easily and not split from the heat for years to come. The screens keep out unwanted flying debris, such as insects, road debris, and cigarette butts.

  • Two large 20"x24" windows are placed in the rear doors for cross ventilation.
  • Two large 20"x48" slide opening screened windows are placed in each stall area for side ventilation.
  • One large 20"x24" slide opening screened window is placed in the ditch side escape door for additional horse area ventilation.
  • One large 20"x24" slide opening screened window is placed in the road side horse head area for additional light and ventilation.
  • One large 20"x24" slide opening screened window is placed in the full height door on the roadside for additional light and ventilation.
  • One large 20"x24" slide opening screened window is placed in the rear of the front diagonal stall for cross ventilation of the front horse area.
  • One large 20"x24" slide opening screened window is placed in the upper door over the side unload ramp for cross ventilation in the front horse area.
  • One large 20"x24" slide opening screened window is placed in the bulkhead wall to allow flow through ventilation into the horse area.
  • Two large 20"x51" slide opening screened windows are place in the gooseneck nose for ventilation and light for sleeping and storing equipment.

Walk-Thru Doors

  • A full height 30" width walk through door on the roadside with a 20x24 screened opening window allows easy access to all three horses. All horse area doors have safety latches in addition to the normal door latches and can be locked, along with the rear doors, to protect stored equipment in the trailer.
  • An additional escape door on the ditch side gives additional quick access to horses if needed. All horse area doors have safety latches in addition to the normal door latches and can be locked, along with the rear doors, to protect stored equipment in the trailer.
  • A 30" full height dressing room door allows you to easily load large tack boxes, saddles and horse tack. It is also lockable with a normal pad latch and an additional dead bolt to secure your tack.

Exterior Safety Latches — large butterfly safety latches on all horse area doors secure all horse area doors from popping open while trailering.

Interior Door Latch Guards — to keep the door latches from being tampered with by curious horses while trailering.

RV Plunger Style Door Tie Backs — allows you to push the door back into a guide to quickly anchor the doors open while you work out of the trailer. Unlike latching door tie backs, if the door is pulled hard (not realizing it's latched), the door will just release rather than break a latched tie back.

Aluminum Running Boards — not only add to the "looks" of the trailer, but work as steps for going in and out of the trailer. They also make handy seats, and places to put things while working out of the trailer.

Dual Opening Aluminum Roof Vents — for each horse, allows the regulating of air flow in each stall. The vents also provide an escape for hot air that builds up in the trailer.

Quick Release Butt/Breast Bars — that can be released under the weight of a straddled horse. We feel that all walk-through style horse trailers on the market should have this safety feature.

6 LED Turn Signal/Brake Lights — two each are located on each side of the rear of the trailer, spaced on the lower 1/3 and upper 1/3. Large turn signal/brake lights are also mounted on the side fenders which can be easily seen by the driver and from traffic passing along your side.

LED Running Lights — to give more outside visibility to your trailer than even DOT (Department of Transportation) requires.

Remote Switches — allows you to turn off all the inside lights with one, easy-to-reach switch.

55 Watt Exterior Halogen Load Lights — are directly mounted over the rear and side ramps for early morning or nighttime loading. An easy-to-reach remote switch is mounted outside.

Padding and Rubber Lining — is on all horse area side walls to extra-protect horses from scrapes and bruises, and to give them a more comfortable, safe ride.

Rear Header Pad — is mounted in the interior over the top rear doors to protect your horse's head from injury if it were to fling its head up while backing out of the trailer.

Two Heavy-duty Canvas Feed Bags — are deeper than most, allowing your horses to eat more naturally in the trailer. Unlike hanging rope feedbags, which generate hay and dust that can lodge in a horse's respiratory system, these keep the hay below their heads. They are easily removable for cleanup.

Padded Side Ramp Breast Bar — prevents front horse in the diagonal stall from coming out of the trailer when the side ramp is lowered.

Diagonal Stall Butt Pad — give extra protection and padding for the horse in diagonal stall.

Diagonal Stall Divider — easily swings all the way flat against the roadside wall.

Spare Tire with Vinyl Cover — is the same high quality Good Year tire that is on the wheels of the trailer. It is mounted on the ditch side of the trailer for safe and easy access on a busy road, and is protected from weather with an EquiSpirit tire cover.

24” Diamond Plated Gravel Guard — is installed on the exterior Jack Sheet wall (under the gooseneck to protect the front underneath of your trailer from being dented by rocks and road debris. The chrome diamond plate is not only tough, but enhances the appearance of an already good looking trailer.

Carpeted Bulkhead, Floor, GN Floor, and Jack Sheet Wall Inside Dressing Room — is an indoor/outdoor carpet that is durable and easy to clean. The carpet finishes out the GN floor (in case you want to sleep up there), and also covers the entire dressing room floor. The entire bulkhead wall and jack Sheet wall are also covered, giving a finished look to the dressing room while also protecting the walls from scratches and scrapes from hanging bridles, halters, and tack.
